Off-plan inventory moves quickly. All listings are subject to availability, and prices, payment plans and launch details may change or be withdrawn by developers at any time without notice. We verify and update content regularly, but we cannot guarantee that every figure is current at the moment you read it.

Any purchase, expression of interest or booking is made directly with the relevant developer (or its authorised broker) under that developer's own terms, contracts and regulatory approvals. SalesCenter is not a party to those agreements.

The SalesCenter name, the SalesCenter Score, and the site's design, text and data compilations belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not scrape, republish or resell its content without written permission. Project names, developer names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including investment losses — arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
