What SalesCenter is
SalesCenter is an off-plan property intelligence platform for Dubai. We track new launches, developers and areas in one place, refresh the data daily, and put a consistent, comparable score on every project — so a first-time buyer and a seasoned investor look at the same launch through the same lens.
We are not a developer and we do not carry inventory. Our job is the shortlist: verified launch data, honest comparisons, and a direct line to an advisor when you want one. All market figures and returns on this site are indicative, subject to availability, and never financial advice.
How the SalesCenter Score works
Every project is rated 0–100 on seven dimensions, which combine into a single weighted composite. The weights are fixed and published, so scores are comparable across every launch on the platform:

- Risk (inverted)6%
Risk is inverted: the risk dimension measures downside (higher = riskier), so it enters the composite as 100 minus the raw risk score — a low-risk project lifts the composite, a high-risk one drags it down.
The composite is an analytical shorthand, not a promise. It reflects our assessment at the time of the last verification pass, is indicative only, and is not investment advice.
Our verification process
Dubai regulates property marketing tightly, and we lean into that: every listing carries its regulatory references so you can check our work against official records.
RERA permit on every listing
Each project page carries the RERA advertising permit reference under which it is marketed, where issued.
DLD project registration
We record the Dubai Land Department project reference, tying the listing to the registered escrow-backed project.
Madmoun reference
Where available, the Madmoun QR/listing reference is shown so you can validate the listing against the DLD's own verification service.
Dated verification passes
Listings display when they were last verified. Prices, availability and plans move fast in launch season — the date tells you how fresh the data is.
